June 7, we arrived in Gold Beach, Or. Another cute port town. This one is on the Rogue River, one of eight original federally designated Wild and Scenic Rivers. It is very protected for scenery and wildlife. Top pic is the Rogue River as Patti went 104 miles up the river on a jet boat tour. I saw eagles, osprey, deer. It was beautiful. Second pic is the bridge over Rogue River. Last pic is town of Gold Beach.
